Artist's Comments
Just something to break the monotony of making my PCBC entry.
 A friend of mine recently got a box set of the 90s Batman cartoon, and we got to talking about the variant designs for Bats and his rouge gallery, which inspired me to make my own take on my favorites. I also drew Batman, but he's not as interesting of a character. :lOh yeah, and I pretty much combined Jack Nicholson and Heath Ledger's Joker with the classic comic look. Comments
 Aww Batman's awesome. whatchu talkin' 'bout willis? I've never drawn Mr. Freeze/Frieze or however it's spelt. Never thought that he looked fun to tackle. But i've always been meaning to draw Bane. I like your design for Clayface.

But srsly, I'm loving your TwoFace and Poison Ivy. -- Auspicious portents and serendipitous omens have foretold your arrival. Welcome alien guest to the home of the gentle and playful Pkunk Children of the Cosmic Light Hobgoblins of Joy Seekers of Spiritual Truth and other neat stuff like that. Well he can be interesting. But most of the time he's just brooding or something. I've always just found it odd that his villains seem to be the only thing that changes/grows in Gotham. Nobody ever tries to rewrite Bat's character, as if he's something sacred. Gets kinda boring after a while.
Freeze is one of my favorites, if just because he's the only villain that doesn't seem like such a bad guy. He just wants his love back. And I love it when people manage to make him look gentle, yet frightening. Thanks for the comment.  -- Would you like to learn to fly? Would ya.....would you like to see me try?? But...didn't somebody sort of propose a different version of Superman where he landed in Russia instead of the US? So something like that would be cool for Batman i guess. Did you notice, in TDK they don't go over his origin story like they do in pretty much every Batman movie and every Batman story? I agree, it gets boring after awhile.
Freeze, i like his character but i could never understand him aesthetically. I think his animated series costume was too round for me to handle. -- blahhck  penguin is rockin some killer brows, yo!
-- Falcon 1 says: Ka-KAW! I would love to see some "what if" moments with Batman. Like if he had a romance with Harvey and a love triangle between them and Joker formed or something.
Just something to help his character grow and break the mold. Anything! What if his dad actually survived, and he was the one that dawned the cape, and Bruce just follows his footsteps? Ha. xDYeah I kinda prefer his more slinder look. He's a man of science, and suffers from some serious withdrawal problems. I doubt he really eats much. But then again, I've seen a take that goes the completely opposite direction. [link] -- Would you like to learn to fly? Would ya.....would you like to see me try?? He is the emperor of his penguins after all.

I have yet to draw him, but I have drawn chibis of Harley and the Joker. They're on my profile. -- Give a man a match, and he'll be warm for a minute, but set him on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life. The real trouble with reality is that there's no background music. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
