I'm just now realising how many MMOs are coming out this year and next, and how many are coming to platforms. And what's really bad is I want most of them. D: Kinda displeased by the fact that nobody's releasing any information as to whether or not we have monthly Pay to Play crap to do, or if playing online is free. I know if I do, I'm not getting it for the 360. Shouldn't have to pay for X-Box Live AND the game itself.

But yeah. LOOK HOW MANY THERE ARE ALL OF A SUDDEN. IT'S CRAAAAAAAAZY.

"ABP", made by the guys behind Crackdown, and it's pretty much GTA if it was an online game. Promises absolute freedom to do whatever the hell you want to do, and an extremely detailed level of customization.

"Mag", a PS3 exclusive that promises 256 people FPSing each other broken down into 8 man squads in two teams AND no lag, due to each game being hosted by Sony(unlike every other game where games are hosted by players and lag is determined by your connection to theirs). Gameplay looks like it's taking everything loved most of highly praised online shooters, and putting them all together. I'm really looking forward to this especially, even though I never play FPSs for very long.

"DC Universe Online", with character art/design by legendary Jim Lee, it's pretty much City of Heroes but with better graphics and it's more of an action game than action rpg. Also you get to fight along side/against DC's gigantic pantheon of heroes and villains and other players. PS3 exlusive. I'm really looking forward to this.

"Champions Online", made by the same guys that did City of Heroes. It's got lesser, cel shade style, graphics but promises an unimaginable level of customization and the ability to travel to different worlds. Including one world that's pretty much one giant colosseum for player versus player action. And of course the biggest draw is that it's going to give you the ability to make your arch nemesis(who will constantly show up to try and thwart you) along with your character. 360 exclusive.

"Star Wars: The Old Republic", continuing the awesomeness that is the Knights of the Old Republic series, this is gonna be one of the most unique and ground breaking MMOs to date. Each class has its own individual story line(not just quests) and the decisions you make will affect the world around you and just what type of story your character experiences.

"Final Fantasy XIV", it's FFXI but like....a gazillion times better.
